Custom orders start around 500, and are truly on a per client basis. 

Commissions start with a downpayment of 50% of estimated value.

Cleaning 

I always recommend cleaning a piece using a little bit of dish soap and warm water on a toothbrush. Just keep in mind the more a piece is exposed to the elements, the quicker the oxidation (tarnishing) process. To keep a piece fresh I'd recommend a monthly bath.
